A half-day consultation workshop with the National Trauma Network and the Health Quality & Safety Commission to explore quality improvement opportunities for trauma rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand.

Understanding how people are currently supported through their recovery, whether there are opportunities for improvement and acting on these opportunities are crucial steps to improving patient outcomes and experience. The purpose of this consultation workshop is to help build a picture of current service provision throughout the country and identify local, regional and national opportunities for improvement.

This will be an interactive workshop. Along with facilitated discussions, we will be joined by keynote speakers that will include experts in rehabilitation, research and collaborative quality improvement methodologies, and representatives from the National Trauma Network and the Accident Compensation Corporation.
